I personally would go with silver if I had a choice. I don't think black would look bad but silver would look better since it is so close to the silver front fender. Looks like Johnny D found you set.

I too would go with silver, and that's what came on a 2003 Ultra in that paint scheme.

I agree with the last to replies. Silver would look better close to the front fender.

Thanks guys. I'm thinking silver first, black & silver custom second and all black as third choice.

Try photoshopping in some color combos and see what looks best to you. If unable try posting in the photoshopping section and have someone do it for you.

I've seen a 03' in silver and black with hard bags like yours and silver lowers. It looked killer man. Do them in silver!

Since stock lowers don't come two toned I'd go with the black, it'll look great. Silver would look good too.

I don't think it would look that bad at all with black lowers. That is what HD did with the Ultra Limited in Flame Blue Pearl/Black. But then again it would probably look even better if your front fender was two-tone
