If it isn't an apparent peice of shrubbary stuck in your rim, I would think the impact may have thrown a wheel balance weight off. Either way, I would take the wheel off and take it to any garage that has a wheel balancer and have them check it out. A lot cheeper than leaving it with the H-D shop for a week or so.
