Tuners in SE Minnesota

Tuners in SE Minnesota
Anyone know of some great tuners in SE Minnesota? I live in Rochester. My local HD dealer installed a dyno last year, but I'm just not sure how much experience they have on it. I'm doing a 103" upgrade from a 96" this winter on my 07 Ultra. I have pretty high confidence in the tech to build it (bore cylinders, cc, mill heads, SE 255 cams, cast SE pistons, MCRs, Torrington bearings, SE clutch spring and probably new lifters).
I have SERT, SE A/C and SE II slip ons. The dealer will download the map for the SE 103 KIT and modify it to make it a little richer and run better. That's probably ok for out the door and break in, but I think I'll want to get a tune to get the most out of the build.
Any recommendations on where to get the tune that's within 100 miles?

Thanks - bike tuned
Thanks for all the input. I called both Watertown and Fairibult HD guys. A friend had also used Jason and felt good about him. I wound up working a sweet deal with the owner of Rochester HD to get both the install and a full tune.
I'm very pleased with the results. They have a SuperFlow WinDyn and the guy spent a lot of time getting it set up thru the entire rpm range. It runs well now and AFRs are set at 13.4. Between the tune and the SE 255 cams, I gained over 10 ft/lbs of torque and what really suprised me, 10 HP at 5500.
The bike isn't a rocket, but it definitely gets moving better. I took it out for a short test run today and she moved from 40 mph to 90 very quickly. I'm happy with both the tune and the cams. Hopefully, I'll stay happy... you know how that goes though!

Yes. They've always treated me right. Once I decided what I wanted, I called the owner. Turns out he had pulled a set of SE 255's off his 110 with only 2300 miles on them and they had all the other parts in stock. I was able to drop my bike off Wed afternoon. They worked that evening and got it tuned by 4:00 Thursday.
I was able to squeeze in between preps for winter storage. Bike sounds good and runs good. Happy :-)
