i'm assuming that you've got a streetglide? i've heard of several options, although have not put too much effort into finding any that are comfortable for my streetglide either. The search continues. The search funcion in here might give you some results. i remember something about wild ones 518's or something like that as a suitable replacement. if yours is 08 or newer it'll be different because of the throttle by wire, just so you know. the job does look like a real pain to do, but there was someone who took pictures of the work in detail, and a search on it in here might give you some indication as to what's involved with it. i wish i knew, as i'm 6'4" tall and still have to lean forward to hold the bars.

HD Touring Pull Back Bars..

2" pull back and no lift so you can still use your fairing mirrors..

Also, just reroute your current clutch cable, so a longer cable is not necessary...

I just installed WO 575 bars on my FLHT, the way I have them set they are an inch or so higher and about 1.5" closer in reach. I can still see behind with my fairing mounted mirrors although some guys have a problem with this. I like the fact that all of my wiring is concealed although I did have to change my cables to a longer length. Some guys say that the stock HD cables will work with WO575's but mine were too tight.

I have Klock Werks Ergo back bars. They are back 2 inches and they put your wrists in a neutral position.
