looking at putting lower fairings on my 09 EGC. Wondering if all fairings from years back will fit. Got my eye on a couple of good sets. Need repainting but good. Can anybody enlighten me. All advice graciously accepted

 

The lowers attach to the crashbar. Check the parts manual to see when the crashbar was designed. That will help, but going and measuring your bike, then the same year as the parts you want will get you in the ballpark.

According to the P&A catalog, page 348-349, the vented lowers will fit EG's from '83 up; no difference for '09 models. HD's website has the same information.
