Will a Brembo M/C work on the earlier brakes?

Hi Everyone,
Can anybody tell me if the newer Brembo duel front brake master cylinder ('08-) will work with the older (Nissin) Brake calipers (-'07)?

I don't think it will. I know those that have done the Brembo brake conversion on pre 08 bikes have changed out the master cylinder as well so I don't think the MC will work with Nissin's
