Default Zumo installed on 2010 eg limited

I thought someone might be interested in seeing a Zumo installed on a 2010 EG using the fairing mount from HD.

I did install the XM puck inside the fairing as well. I must say it is a very nice clean install when all done.

I also installed my Zumo on my 2010 EG Limited.I have the exact color bike you do. I really like the fairing mount over the Handlebar mount I used on my Previous Ultra. How did you get the harley Logo splash screen?

Question for you on the wiring install. How do you have the audio out wired. Most I have seen have the audio out wired into the aux jack like you have, but doesnt that only allow you to listen to navigation but no radio?

I was a big Garmin user on an FJR1300 and a GS Adventure, and I was able to wire it to have gps navigation, xm radio, and cell phone all integrated via an autocomm setup.

Does HD offer any sort of advanced wiring so you can have the radio going, but have it cut out for the GPS.

The intercom and CB is always only via the headset so that is not an issue.

Really nice. I looked long and hard at that mount, but finally decided I couldn't live without my windshield pouch. Other than that, it looks really sweet. There are no exposed wires, it almost looks like a factory install.

It does but that is what I want since I have XM through the Zumo. I can listen to XM, MP3's, intercom and the directions as well as answer my cell phone if I like since it to can blue tooth with the Zumo.

I was impressed with the unit. It is very clean and fits the fairing great and comes with grommets and a gasket to seal everything off. It would be nice if the radio had a std aux port on the back of the radio so you didn't have to feed the wire back out to the front of the radio.
