This is not a "failure." It's a normal maintenance issue. As already stated, they get dirty and start to stick. Any/all of them will do this in time. You can A. pull them out and clean them as suggested or B. simply continue to blip the throttle as you're now doing. I think this is what most do.

As has been said many times.... It's no big deal, and it's NOT a failure.
The two options have already been proposed - blip the thorttle or clean it out. It's caused by carbon getting inside the CR itself. You can also be sure to use the best fuel available (which is getting worse by the day) or be sure to twist it up tight periodically, in an effort to keep carbon build up to a minimum and avoid lugging it around town.
As far as the ACR's go..... No way, no how.... Not on any of my bikes or builds.
