Wally that is a sharp paint job! If your 6' or under the 15" is nice. I bought my 15" before they came out with the taller sizes it'll be up for sell as soon as I get the 17"er on if you'd have a interest in it. It's the Dark Gray would really look sharp on that Black and red flamed bike you have!
I'm 6'3". I was going to go with a windshield that is no shorter 1" less than the one on the bike, but if I'm going to order on it will probably be very close to the same hieght as what I have, only darker, and with no scratches.
+2 on getting measurements this way. At least it would standardize how it's done. It's the best way to get a true height to the shields we're looking at for the RG's.
I still can't figure out how some manufactures come up with their shield heights??
It's not that hard to figure out. Some of the manufacturers use the size of the shield measured from the bottom to the top, Unfortunately this doesn't account for the slope of the shield and it doesn't give you the information that you really want.
i.e. overall hieght
No one have the measurement for the 17" euro? Garemlin I'm gonna have a 15" dark gray euro for sell as soon as my 17" get's here if you still want one PM me and I'll make you a good price.

Thanks Bobby. But that is actually shorter than my Clearview by 1 1/2". I could actually use an inch taller.
heywood: I started a thread that would be a database of the vertical height of all of the available Road Glide shields out there but no one seemed to want to respond. I got one total response with a height. Here is the thread.
Wally: It is actually that hard to figure out. Clearview is the only one out there that does actual vertical height. In fact I called CB and Windvest to ask them vertical height on a few of their shields and they did not know. You can't base it on fairing to tip because there are so many different slopes. That is the main reason I started the above mentioned thread.
