I imported an 04 RG from Texas in 07, first thing I needed was the headlight, problem was HD Europe stopped importing RG's in 01, fortunately I got the last lamps in the European warehouse. I've seen a few SE RG's in Germany didn't notice what lamps they had.
Have you thought about HID's ? or just extra driving lamps like I did ?

had driving lamps for a while but added lowers so lamps had to go. do not really care for the fork mounted lamps so decided to try the euro style

Let me know what you think of them. I'm very happy with the improvement on my SG, both with the light pattern and intensity. Take a ride down a dark, unlit road at night before the change, then again after. Make a mental note of the low-beam pattern and the distance you can see on high-beams both before and after.

Geaux Tigers would work if we had an offense!

I'm curious about the 2010 lights as well. I have never ridden an earlier model with the bubble, but mine seem to light the road up pretty well at night.

Anyone have pictures of the euro lights. I'm really interested in anything that can help out improve my RG light situation.

They're not French are they? I wouldn't want lights that run away from the dark!!!!

FOUND out via an e mail from my supplier today that the 68995-01 (original euro #) has been discontinued and these are the "new" part numbers for the euro. but according to daniel stern with danielsternlighting.com these part nmbers are for left hand traffic such as eng., japan, etc. and he does not recommend them. now i'm not sure what to do. have new osram 65/70 +50 bulbs en route
