Worth every penny. I put on on my RG and in the Memphis summer heat I never saw oil temps above 235. If I can stay out of in town traffic it runs about 220. Last weekend the temp here was 55deg. and the auto thermostat worked good, after bout 50miles on back road, no traffic or stops oil temp was 190.

Mine has been on the bike for over 2Ŋ years with no problems. It works as advertised, keeping my oil temps very moderate even in heavy summer traffic and running lean AFR's for better gas mileage. In summer oil temps stay at about 200° once warmed up and as long as I'm running 45mph or more. If I hit traffic it will increase, but usually not higher than about 210-215°, with the highest being 230° in heavy traffic, and that only rarely. The install on my '07 was very easy, and I firmly believe all TC engines should be equipped with an oil cooler if you ever ride in temperatures of 75° or more.

This is incorrect and is the first time I've ever heard anyone say this. There is plenty of evidence to support the fact that synthetic oil will lower your oil temperatures over fossil oil.
