Default Wiggle/Wobble/Whine

OK so yesterday I got my bike back from the dealer. It went in Monday for a low speed wobble in tight turns and a whine or roaring noise when leaning into a turn. This is an 09 UC with 4800 miles and the D407 on the front. Yes the front tire was cupping.
Got the bike back and it had 1 mile more than when I dropped it off. But yet they said everything was fine after they found the bad front wheel bearing and as a GOOWILL gesture they replaced my front tire also. I now have a D408 on the front.
Yes the did repair the low speed wobble, but my concern was a terrible whining noise when driving. If your doing anything over 20mph and zig zag the bike from side to side there is a loud whine coming from the rear. I have seen a little cupping on the rear tire also.
Has anyone else had rear tire or bearing issues? At 4800 miles I'm a little leary of the noise. It sounds like a bad wheel bearing in a car when it's pre-loaded fron side to side.
I'm a little pissed at the service dept for obviously not properly test driving the bike and performing a quality control inspection.

I fixed this by dumping off the OL!

Check your tire pressure.
By the design of the tire, grooves, it is normal to have some wine.
I have the elite 3's on my 07 Ultra and it did it until I increased the pressure. Went to 38 in the front and rear. Made a big difference.
just a thought

I always run 37-38 in the front and 40 in the rear, that should help but a lot of roads just produce whine. Oh yeah, just quit zig zagging!

Dumping the OL might get rid of the high speek shreaking but not the lowspeed one.
I wish I had the E3's but theres been enough thread's on that subject already.
I have heard plenty of front issues but not about the rear tires.

I have kept 40 in the rear. The reason I said Zig Zag, is thats the way to reproduce the noise. The truth is, I hear it everytime I go into a turn. I can actually hear it over the stereo with a 3/4 helmet on and the headset plugged in.
