Thanks SGLarry. Great link to some useful info. It's either those or the Ricor Intiminators for me. Gonna make my mind up this weekend and order Monday.

Ok I got my bike this morning with the progressive montubes installed. After 300 miles I like it. I will give it a 8 out of 10.

1) The diving is gone
2) It lowered front end an inch, unexpectantly
3) doesnt move more than an inch for any bump
4) Much more confident feel in turns.
5) absorbs the little bumps about the same Ide say.

265 cost
260 Labor

worth it in my opinion.

Gregg, what kind of rear shocks do you have?

Thanks

Gregg77... was it supposed to lower the front end an inch? I'm a big boy and don't want any less fork travel!

It wasnt advertised to lower the front end but I see no ill effect with that. I have stock air shocks.

It's funny, I had the Monotube installed on my 07 cvo ultra and noticed the front end was a bit lower. Not much, I figured it might be a half an inch. I agree, I have no ill effects and the bike rides and handles great. I had the Progressive 440 HD's in 13" installed in the rear. I had it done at the same time so I really can't tell if most of the improvment came from the front or rear, my guess the rear shocks make the biggest differance.
