I'd be very wary about lowering 2 inches. I initially lowered my 09 FLHRC 1-1/2 inches in the back with Progressive 11-1/2" 440's and 1 inch in the front with Progressive fork springs lowering kit. With the added stiffness of the 09 frame, I found the road vibration to be intolerable. Can't imagine how stiff it would be going down 2 inches. I replaced the 11-1/2" 440's with 12" and the ride improved some. Still much stiffer than my 07 FLHRS with 12" 440's.
Still have the 11-1/2" 440's if you are interested.
