Yes the dealer orders the new speedo from Harley with the bike's original milage "Burned in." The tach reads 2200 RPM in 5th gear at 60MPH. That is where I ride a lot. I like the look and it is nice to see what RPM the engine is turning. Not mandatory mind you, just nice.
