Default Bat wing deflectors...Freedom Wing vs MOCO

I checked past posts and couldn't find where anyone had asked for opinions on which is best....Freedom Wings or Harley Davidson adjustable bat wing wind deflectors. Anybody had one, and then switched to the other? Why?

My only options for my Woody's Fairing is the Freedom wings, and they certainly work. They might not have the same fit as the OEM deflectors, but they do the job just fine.

I have the Freedom Wings on my 05 FLHT and had them on an 01 FLHTC. Work good. Never had MOCO.

The original wings on my Ultra both broke in the same place (the cup that fits over the top pin) at about the same time (7 months). The replacements are still OK after 2 years so they may have improved something.

I put the HD's on my '07 a year ago and they're doing fine, very functional and look good.

I have the MOCO, but I have the '08 adjustable. They have four screw holes, compared to three on a '07, but they work and look great. I'm very happy with them.

Freedom Wings. And if you don't have a Street Glide, you can get Freedom Wings Plus for that little area between the upper deflectors and lower fairings. A little turbulent area that the MOCO hasn't discovered yet.

I like the Kuryakyn Dragon Wings aka HD Adjustable Air Deflector.

The upper pivot broke on one of mine on my 08UC but I was able to gorilla glue it back and it still works and is still holding a year later. If it breaks again I think I will go with the freedom wings before the stock. They look good and it's hard to buy the same junk that might break again for that price.
