How about an old fashioned all metal oil can? The kind with a pump in it and a long output tube.

Thanks for that. I generally use PB Blaster and now Royal Purple Penetrating oil with pretty good results, but I may have to "brew up" some of this stuff.

btw - I am generally lazy and I do often times apply "none". The nuts come off pretty easily, but usually with the bolt broken off and still attached.

Doesn't nail polish remover contain acetone? I think most of them come in plastic bottles.

For breaking loose rusted fasteners, none of these penetrating oils compare to my favorite - a propane torch and water.

I heat the part then douse it with water. I repeat the cycle at least two more times. If it is still frozen, repeat the cycle. The hotter the part is before being doused with water the better. I have used this technique on brake bleeder screws to axle U bolts with success each time.

Note: I have never had to use this technique on my bike, only on my cars and trucks that I drive thru Minnesota winters. My bikes never get that kind of rust.

The home brew works. Been using it for years.
Reality is I have all of these products, usually use whichever I find first and they all work better if you soak the rusted joint multiple times over a day or two.

I had a set of thirty year old head pipes rusted onto one of my Trident heads, which I couldn't get loose. I sent the whole works down to Mike at Baxter Triumph in Marne Iowa, who got them off using Deep Creep, a foaming penetrating oil made by Sea Foam.

I've been using it ever since with great results. I have found it at marine dealers, who use it to get rusted props off drive shafts on boats motors.
