Default Metal chunks on oil plug

Just had the HQ 107 put on, now after a 400 mile ride yesterday I have 2 metal chunks on the oil plug. I got on it a little yesterday, had a slight ping but less than my stock would do, only thing out of normal during ride, forgot to hit the comp relases once and ground the starter momentarily. Bike seems to be running fine. I changesd teh oil at 100 miles, 250 miles and switched to synthetic at 600, now changing oil again at 1000 miles to synthetic. Where can these chunks be coming from, they are around a 32nd of an inch, not the normal metal shavings from a motor break in that looks like a paste on the plug magnet. . Oil pressure is fine at 32 +. Strange, any advice appreciated

Don't know where the metal chunks are coming from but I would not ride it until the source is found. I doubt it's from the starter as the metal would be found in the primary.
