Congrats on your new Road King. I know VTXs aren't bad bikes but soon you'll feel sorry for people who ride metric cruisers instead of Harleys.

Congrats to you! Back in '04 I went from a VTX 1300 Retro (my first bike) to a new '04 Smokey Gold & Black Low Rider with 95" big bore kit and V&H Big Shot pipes... from the moment I fired up that totally sick Low Rider, thoughts of the VTX vaporized for EVER. You will LOVE your Harley and never look back!

I went from a Honda after 30+ years of riding them and other imports and have no regrets. Not since my CB750 has a bike made me feel so good, I just like riding my King.

BTW the docking covers look much better than no covers.

Yes sir, love those Road Kings. I had an 02 RK until my wife set on an Ultra, she loved the back seat, you guessed it, now I ride an Ultra. It is worth it to have her along though. Enjoy the motorsickle.
