I'm a big fan of the Harley Nostalia grips, too. They have a really natural feel in your hands.

I haven't tried the ISO grips, I had a set of the chrome and rubeer grips on when I bought the bike and they were thick and meaty feeling, in which I ended up liking the feel with the exception of I coulnd't wear gloves. So I switched to the flame grips from HD and those fit and feel nice. Not sure if this will help at all.
