Aces, put "Want to Buy" listing in the "Classifieds" section of HDF and PM guys who are doing mods to their bikes (big front wheels, custom front or rear fenders, etc.) and ask about buying their take-offs, in addition to watching ebay.
You can also check the aftermarket for fenders. For example, RWD makes a very stock looking fender that sits lower than stock and has no rivets.
Last suggestion is to consider the front fender from the 2010 CVO Street Glide since it's a different profile than the stock SG fender (though it does have rivets).
