It wouldnt hurt to try because my old V&H slips came wrapped with fiberglass.I think j&p cycles have some after market add on baffles you probably could add to the baffles you have, but i think the glass mat should do!let me know how it sounds after, bro!

I have purchased a set of se race mufflers with billet caps and find them to loud for my taste, can i somehow remove the baffles and install some fiberglass mat around them?

I would love to reinstall the stock mufflers, but the 500+ I have into the se setup makes me want to make them work, I was looking for something with a lil roar when you were on it, but stock type sound when going easy, and around town, there not way load just to much for me, eya I know, I'm one of the few, dealer said the same thing.
