I purchased an HD 2009 Street Glide w/103 Big Bore Kit. Have about 1500 miles on it now and it is having difficulty starting a hot engine . Any thoughts ?

Do you have compression releases?

 

Need to provide more info, not turning over,turning over no start?

 

Depending on which cam you have. Might need to pull the heads off and put comp. releases in.

 

The bike does not have comp releases; symtoms - the motor does not turnover untill I hit start 2 extra times. Do I have to live with this condition ?

NO, which cams? Is it under warranty?

 

Stock cams; bike is under warranty>

You have to have it checked out. Have one of the tech's try and start it right after you get there when its hot.
