Your dealer is responsible for the loss of $1500 in trade, not the fact that it was a POSE. As someone else mentioned, it is EXACTLY the same bike as any other FLHTCU with slightly different trim striping. Some dealerships don't follow Harley Davidson's recommendations for how they should do business. For example, the 2 dealerships in Colorado Springs mark up their bikes about $2000 above MSRP even though Harley Davidson recommends that all dealerships sell at MSRP.

The '07 has even more serious heat issues than the '08 and the ABS on the '07 is garbage in addition to taking up about 2/3's of the room in one saddlebag. If you can get an '08 for near the same price, you only have to deal with the heat issues.
