The scooped out RK2 one like the one with the pouch will work with the Police/SEagle tach, but the RK3 with the speakers/radio areas won't work with handlebar-mounted tachs.

I'm using the same shop that does the painting for the local dealer and it's costing me $300. He painted my last one and did a great job and I don't know what he uses for paint.

I would bet you will have no problem with that tach there is a huge area in the front of the bar mount. Email Woody's he probably knows, he seems to be a real nice guy.

My Woody's fairing fits with my HD RoadTech Handlebar mounted radio, so yes, the RK Police tach will fit up there.
