Default lost my lighter... bummer

OK, so I was cruising along and apparently the stock lighter fell out of my fairing (09 FLHTCU)... I discovered this a few weeks later when I was telling someone about the lighter; small things amuse me... So now I have a nice shinny hole there; just the lighter piece not the innards.

Anyway does anyone have a part number or a suggestion to put in the lighters place; preferably weatherproof. I don't smoke, so I am not worried about the lighter, I just don't want any rust getting into the hole...

Thanks,
Rick

Find a plastic cover at local auto parts store to plug up the hole.

I just bought 2 regular old lighters from an auto parts store. One to use and one for a spare. Never had a problem and use it everyday. BTW, I live and ride in WA state so water is a way of life. I figure if the whole thing ever goes TU, then I'll replace the works with a marine version.

I also lost the stock lighter the first week I had my Ultra. It's called planned obsolescence. The MOCO has an entire team dedicated to it.

Lost mine too, Took the one out of my truck- don't use it anyway- put a little dielectric grease on the sides to seal it from water and stopped worrying about it.

Lost 1 and replaced it just because of the boot on it. If you do replace it take a small screw driver and bend the prongs inside the socket out more. I used the socket for a GPS and I think the plug pushed the prongs in just enough to not notice.
