I love the my my RKC feels. It feels really good in the corners and I have the beveled floor boards to prove it. Also nice choice on the fishtails.

Have to agree, just took trip out the western part of VA. Took some nice back roads out and hit the blue ridge parkway and the bike handle great on the twisties. Also took a trip back to Iowa in May and was like riding a cadie. Great bike have had E-Standard before this bike and will get a Road King any day over the bigger Baggers.

Such a nice bike to ride.
Well said. The stability of the RKC also makes me feel much more confident in the cross winds I experience out here in the prairies. It is a joy to ride.

I really like my RK and it's nice to go to HD Factory Demo Days and after 7 rides still feel I made the correct choice. It just does so many things well.

Someone remarked once that the bike looked heavy. I commented that once you get use to it, this bike was easy ride and it responded well for a road sofa.

I too, have the notches in the floor boards as well.

My last bike was a V-65 and here in Oregon I really enjoyed the performance of the mid-size bike.
I always wanted a RKC and got one now....I was AMAZED at the handling characteristics! I have rode a Heritage a lot and rented an Ultra last year and was expecting a ride more like the Ultra than the Heritage....but Lo and Behold!
I don't know if it is the new frame (probably) entirely but I will tell you right now it puts the 08 Ultra to shame and I think it even handles better than the Heritage...I LOVE my RKC and am so glad I made the leap....
