Default Will Stock Electronics adjust for a Big Sucker?

I'd like to add a Big Sucker to my 2008 SG. The bike currently just has Rush slip-on's and runs perfectly. If I add the BS will I need to flash the computer or will it self adjust for the added air since the bike has O2 sensors in the pipes?

It'll adjust but you'll be running what I would call dangerously lean. Question answered but I personally wouldn't run mine like that for long, if at all. Get a tuner.

I've always been told that the download is necessary for the air cleaner, not the pipes. The real restriction is the stock football air cleaner, not the exhaust. The narrow-band 02 sensors and stock map can only compensate so much. My bike runs SUPER hot even with a download. Super lean.

O2 sensors only affect steady-state cruising situations. Only when not accelerating and just cruising along on the freeway, etc. An EPA deal to maximize MPG during cruise...

I couldn't be happier with my fuelmoto setup! Get some kind of fuel management system into the mix! Or you'll be running super lean = hot = bad.

I recently changed just my mufflers and A/C and my friend who is a Harley mechanic was shocked at how well my bike ran without using a fuel management system. He did recommend using something, but also stated that where he works, they never change just the pipes and A/C, that they are ingrained/trained to push Harley's download or their Race Tuner.

I did go with Fuel Moto and bought a PC-V and the bike runs even better.
