My voltage gauge light went out. The others are on still. Gonna open up the fairing tomorrow. What should I look for, what's common? Thanx.
It is pretty easy to do, the book spells it out. But just take the front fairing off, then remove the light bulbs that go into the gauges. If you would like to change the color remove all 4, go to your local auto parts store and buy the new ones in the color that you want. I went with LED Red, Auto Zone had red, blue and yellow. Pretty easy to do.
No big deal to get to the bulb. It's a #193 bulb you can get at auto parts store. HD uses a colored cover on the bulb to get the color right in the guauge.
