What Learned about Trailering!!!
#101
I use a Kendon Single Rail, this allows me to bring the bike on Trips with the Wife and dog. She rides a little (has a 40 min ***), does her thing and I get to take the bike out. I have also used it to bring the bike on business trips and use it to unwind in my down time.
Friend made a block to fit on the Rail under the frame. This secures the bike solid to the trailer when I tie down at the Rear Board brackets. Keeps from compressing the suspension real far. I then for primary use the Frame and as a backup, the bars with softies around the bars under the wiring harness so not to pinch anything.
Been all over the place with it.
Yes if not time compressed and on a ride with the friend the Wife, the Dog and the Trailer stay home.
Lets me enjoy the best of both worlds.
Hope the pic helps some who had questions.

I use the frame, two front down tubes. Pulled forward and out. Front wheel in a chock. Strap the rear off from the passenger floorboard brackets to the floor. What could possibly be better?? Several thousand miles this way with no problems. Nearly turned the whole thing over this year when I dodged a bicycle seat in the road too violently. The bike never moved.
