If I have a problem with a product I go to the company and try to straight it out, I don't go out of my way to bad mouth the company to their customers before they have a chanse to correct the problem.

Okay, I'll lighten up.

But I still think he has a legitimate beef.

So where on here says it wasn't done properly or as advertised? MCC porvides severfal options for seat mods (double foam, gel insert, etc...) The OP didn't post what he requested so we have no idea if it was done "properly" or not unless we took the seat apart. The point is as I am sure you know each A$$ is different, MCC lays in the double foam on these seats and then molds the foam to your request (i.e. 1 inch drop, back a little, etc...) so I don't see how ANYONE can claim a seat mod was not done properly unless they actually tear it apart.

He choose to do a "mod" and as we all know mods sometimes don't wowrk out like we think and we end up pitching it and do something else.

OK, end of rant

You may conclude, as I did, that the problem was my ***, not his mods (double foam, gel pad, etc).

And understand that, unless things have changed, this is a two man shop running out of a garage. He's maximized his efficiency and his business plan but this is not a factory. Give the guy a chance to make things right and be ready when all is said and done to admit it's just you.

I missed the original post so I am not sure what was said but like I have posted in the past we want all of our customers happy with their seat and that is the truth. We have a pretty darn good track record of backing this up also. Usually we get it right on the first try but in sometimes we miss the mark but we will work on the seat again to adjust it. I know we can't make every customer happy but we try our very best to do so. If you have a problem call us 866-550-SEAT(7328) its a toll free number.
