"I have no complaints with the Company at all "
If I have a problem with a product I go to the company and try to straight it out, I don't go out of my way to bad mouth the company to their customers before they have a chanse to correct the problem.

I think you need to lighten up.
You seem to think that a customer should be "happy" if he has to return a product that is not satisfactory. I will tell you that I am one of those people that is VERY unhappy when I have to return a product because it was not done properly or is not as advertised, regardless of the fact that they will do it over at no additional charge.

He choose to do a "mod" and as we all know mods sometimes don't wowrk out like we think and we end up pitching it and do something else.
OK, end of rant

You may conclude, as I did, that the problem was my ***, not his mods (double foam, gel pad, etc).
And understand that, unless things have changed, this is a two man shop running out of a garage. He's maximized his efficiency and his business plan but this is not a factory. Give the guy a chance to make things right and be ready when all is said and done to admit it's just you.

I missed the original post so I am not sure what was said but like I have posted in the past we want all of our customers happy with their seat and that is the truth. We have a pretty darn good track record of backing this up also. Usually we get it right on the first try but in sometimes we miss the mark but we will work on the seat again to adjust it.
