09 street glide. is there any way to make the rear fender running light also be used as a brake light????

 

Run a extra wire from existing brake light & change out the bulb socket with a 2 element socket.

Why not just by the Tri-Bar Light Upgrade - Auxiliary Running Light / Brake Light pn# 68358-07A for your 09?

 

Harley makes one in red or smoke lense that is a brake light/running light. I believe they are led lights so im not sure about changing out bulbs.

Yeah, My buddy's got an '09 SG as this item DAWG mentioned above works like a charm. I also have it on my Ultra with a different P/N.
