Default RK Woody's Fairing

I got my new Woody's fairing on Tuesday and installed it that night. This is a very well built piece, it has very thick fiberglass construction, it has all stainless bolts and there all over sized (compared to others), you can adjust the tilt of the fairing back and forth, it comes with all steel mounting hardware at the forks, there are 9 bolts holding the 2 halves together with steel threaded inserts for the bolts.
It rides very ridged on the bike (doesn't flop around) and it's quiet!!
I like it very much so far!

Man mines not quiet, I went with the one that has the speakers, installed my radio and it rocks.
I love my woody (fairing).
Glenn Wood used to work for Hoppe, left and went on his own, I think that was a good choice, as these fairings are great, and a great price.

Looks great. Always planned on putting a detachable fairing on my Road King. Never got around to it before I picked up the SG.

I just got my hands on a Woody (again, fairing of course) from a Forum Member, and i agree 100% the construction is amazing, and i can't wait to get it mounted as soon as i get the bushings to do so!

Been thinkin about getting one myself, can you switch back to the stock windshield and back again or do you have to change mounts all the time.

Once you put the fairing on you might never take it off again...

Mounts to the same position as the windshield, so you can alternate between fairing and windshield.

Thats true, I put mine on, went to the trouble of wireing in a quick disconnect plug and everything now I never want to take it off, I just love riding with the tunes, and the wind blocking, but I do need to get a taller windshield, I went with the 10" windshield, and I love it in the warm weather, but now that it is getting colder I want a 15" windshield on it, other than that I can't say enough good about it.

P.S. Like your bike!!

yikes....the 10" i have seems too tall for me, but then i can't stand looking through a windshield...as it is the 10" is just about the highest i could stand. a 15"....the windshield i had on my RK before the fairing was only 16"...and that was from the headlight

You can but you won't want to.
