I just stretch out the cord. I wrap them tightly around the helmets each night while you are on the road and every morning you are good to go.
This helps my wife the most, but she would love to have a wireless helmet, blue tooth why hasn't Harley done this yet?

All I did was hook the end to the front brake lever, it will hook, the other end at the clutch lever. Stretched it a few nights and solved the problem for me. It takes a few all nights or days to get it stretched so it will stay
