Default Do the 2009s have cats in the pipes or just the 2010s

Looking into buying a 2009 or 2010.... just wondering what the situation was with catalytic converters in the diff years?

Thanks in advance

Ya I just discovered the same thing... I wonder why they are starting this trend now? Is it all HD or just the touring?

My 2009 California emission equipped bike has them in the header. Supposedly does not have too much affect on perfomance until you bump up to the 90+ horsepowere area.

My 09 ultra doesn't have cats. It's not a Kalifornicate model.

How would I know? Really, I will change my headers if I do, but how do I find out?

Of the 2009 and 2010 Touring bikes, the only models without a catalytic converter are the 2009 non-CVO, non-California touring bikes. All other 2009-2010 Touring bikes have cats.
