I believe the new exhaust design is for the passengers benifit, not the drivers.

Mine's not bad, but it's still pretty warmish on my right foot. But I do have Lowers and it was better this summer when I took the vents out.
I put them back in the first of September. I should have waited until the first of October. I do live in Texas. DAMN it's still HOT here.
