Default Spun Aluminum or Titanium Face Guages?

I recently swapped out my stock 2005 ElectraGlide Classic guages for the brushed aluminum guages. I love the looks of them.
What's your opinion on these guages compared to the new black titanium guages which are available now?

Thoughts?

The new titanium gauges are pretty sharp. I like the fact that they are LED backlit. Alot easier to see.

I installed the titanium gauges on my UC. I like the color of the backlighting and the idiot lights show up good with the black background. The Speedo and the tach are LED but the other gauges are still lit with a bulb. They use a blue condom on a 193 bulb where as on stock they use a yellow condom.

I like them both but won't spend the money on them only to have them fog up and get water marks inside just like the stock gages do.

I'll be adding the LED backlit titanium gauges to my RGC soon. The stock silver face gauges make the idiot lights hard to see, which isn't a big deal, just a little bothersome to me.

i'm really happy with the stock streetglide gauges. they seem easier to see than dark gauges for me anyway.

I prefer the spun aluminum gauges...The Titanium gauges didn't do much for me when I saw 'em on a couple of bikes during Sturgis (both daytime and nightime).

For me it's not even close: spun aluminum. I've had them for three years and consider them a great cosmetic improvement.

I've seen the titanium on the showroom floor and outside in daylight, but haven't ridden an Ultra Ltd yet, so no seat time comparison. On a showroom floor or outside, I just don't get the enthusiasm others seem to have for them.

I enjoy the spun aluminum in daytime riding because of the, well, spun aluminum; and, at night time I enjoy the red lighting.

That said, buy whatever works for you; it's your bike/your gauges.
