Default Looking to hear 6.5" speakers!

I am looking to hear different front speakers installed on harley touring models, looking for people in and around the Eugene, OR area or within 100 miles of the area that might be willing to allow me to meet them somewhere to listen to there sound system to see how it sounds and how they like it. Would be great to listen to some 6.5" speakers. I would be willing to meet in your local area and purchase lunch. Let me know if anyone can help me out.

I'm no where near there but I can tell you it's one of the best things you can do for your music. I just installed 6.5 pioneers and I love them. Sound great even when passing at 90 and I don't even have an amp yet. I'm told that an amplifier wit h6.5s is really great sound. researching amps now. Hope you get to hear some. I'd say it's safe to throw some in. you won't be let down. Some companies make the adapter rings. I bought mine from throttle up for about $50 and they workd well.

I'm very partial to my Biketronics setup (6.5" speakers with their Biketronics amp on em). They sound freakin amazing! I have about the loudest bike in my club and guys riding behind me remark about how they can still hear my music from two or three spots back in the pack! Go for it!

I'm only 3,000 miles away, but you're welcome to listen to my Polk MM-651 speakers any time. I'm running with the HK head unit only (no amp) and with a 3/4 helmet and relatively loud exhaust, I often find myself turning the volume down on the highway when I'm rolling along at 75 mph. I'm usually a "more is better" kind of guy, but I'm so happy with my setup that I'm no longer considering an amp at all. I should point out that I'm still running a four-speaker setup with the stock speakers in the rear.

Same setup here, 360 watts with their 6.5" speakers. Solved my problem.
My thread about it is: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/touri...o-problem.html

Biketronics makes a great 6.5" speaker kit. J&M just released their 7.25" speaker kit which should be an awesome set-up.

There are many choices out there and it's a very good idea to hear the speakers before you commit to purchasing them.
