Default Unbelieveable loss of a Hi-way peg

Lost a highway peg today on a four lane hi-way.I know for a fact the bolt was blue loc-tited.First of three questions, does loc-tite deteriorate over time?

Secondly, Is it possible to purchase only one peg?It was HD part # 50500-03 XL chrome and rubber or I'm stuck buying another set of pegs.

Third, the mounting bolt is also missing, it came off a 360 degree mount, does anyone know where to get a bolt or know the size and pitch?

Thanks for any ideas.

Get the bolt for the kuryakyn if you need to but I usually just go to Lowe's hardware or tractor supply and pick up a stainless bolt. They are sae so you should not have a problem finding one.

I have no idea if hd will sell just 1 peg, if they do you need to look in the parts catalog, not the accessories catalog.

I had a peg loosen up this week. Tightened it up before it came off.

here is the link to the Instruction sheet. You should be able to get the Part Number from it. You can order just the one from bikerbobs online store.

you can't just use loctite you also have to tighten it.
