Yes she does and it rocks! She's all of 5' 2" so we had to lower it, put a reduced reach seat and reduced reach controls on it, but it fits her now and she can ride the **** out of it! Well designed bikes that are a blast to ride.

Cop bags, but not a cop bike. Personally that's the only thing about it that I kinda didn't really like. But that's just me.
If I were you, I'd watch for a set of regular bags and sell those ones on ebay.
$1500 for the mods and how much for the bike?

the cop bags were a add on after it was laid over.. i have some ideas about them that i may try out.. personally the hockey pucks are the only thing that i dislike. i gave 7500 for the bike. it wasn't in great shape but it wasn't bad.. i took it down to the frame and went over every nut and bolt.. still alot i want to do but since it is spring i am done until late fall..

I bought two salvge title bikes. The RKC had been straight-stuffed and just needed forks, fender, lower tree and crashbar (about $700 in parts). The Ultra just needed a right bag/guardbars, and handlebars. It still has some minimal cosmetic scuffs; brother bought it from me friday. I'm planning on keeping the RKC, so I don't give a rip about the title brand...it's a beautiful bike!

Dec 08 I laid my bike (08RG) down going 5 - 7 mph -- it had messed up fairing, and saddlebags == the insurance company totalled due to a bent tab that holds the crash bar. A guy called me last night he just bought the bike at auction for 9k--the bike has a HQs 107, 21/18 wheels and less than 4k miles--it does have a salvage title--that guy got a fantastic deal
