at first i bought firecaps/ arc 125.2 mini amp with the 5.25" arc speakers... far superior to the stock but i could still make it distort when i cranked on it... even adjusting it several times trying to find the sweet spot... well the sweet spot was buying the infinity 62.9 6.5" it flat out ROCKS now. have been running this setup for about 6 months.. but now there in a 7.25" speaker out....i am very tempted...

I have the Arc amp, Arc 6.5" in the front, Arc 5.25" in the rear. Much cheaper than Hawg Wired, and sound better (I know a guy with the HW setup, and he keeps saying he went with what I have). Wayne is a top notch guy, you won't get better service from anybody else.

G$, never seen the speaker grills mounted behind the fairing like you did it. Very creative!

We use to carry the Infinity Kappa 62.9 speakers in our packages, and many of you have probably gotten them from us. We did switch over to the new "Series R" Alpines a few months ago because we felt they were a better sounding speaker at speed. The Infinity's put out a lot more highs which is just added to wind noise doing 70mph. The main thing to remember is everyone's ears are different. What sounds good to me, may not sound good to someone else and vice-versa. We feel like we have great upgrade packages for guys at very fair prices. Don't forget you members have your own special pricing in the link below in my signature. It will save you $50 over regular website pricing. Good luck in your decision making!

Aaron

I installed this system from Throttle Up Industries a month ago and it rocks. I can get it to distort like a previous poster said, BUT that is at a louder volume than I will use even riding at 80 mph with my Bub 7 TDs, which are loud at that speed. Bottom line - a great set up with plenty of power to rock your ride.
