I used 1/4" air line on my '02 Road King and worked perfect. I relocated my schrader under the seat after I bolted on my saddle bags. Have lots of the air line laying around and worked perfect (will hold at least 140 psi...).

Harley has been using metric for quite sometime. This is not a surprise. Got to agree with Ultra110. Because its where stuff is made.
