Thumbs up atta boy for my dealer

Gotta give my dealer,(Denney's H-D), an atta boy.
I stopped in yesterday and told them about my front bearing noise and they set me up for 3pm today.
I took the bike in and waited on it. After a couple of Q&A sessions I ended up leaving with new front bearings and brakes.
They didn't want to say the bearings failed but did say it wasn't right and replaced them under warranty along with the brakes.
I gave the service writer a $10 for the beer fund and says thanks man and was out the door by closing time.
Of course you can't wait and not spend, but with my $100 chrome cash I only ended up spending about $60 and leaving with a new Jester helmet which I did need a new one anyway.
Bottom line...... CUDOS TO DENNEY'S!!! THEY MADE IT RIGHT

It's always good to hear positive things about dealers because most times it is not. Glad they fixed you up.

route 66 in tulsa has impressed me tremendously. when you find a good dealer, it's best to give them your business, they sorta earned it. good for you about dennys treating you right. ya know, it hasn't been that long ago that there were much fewer dealers who were interested at all in customer satisfaction, have you noticed that they are working hard to earn our business? more of them now than say 15 or more years ago. maybe they're finally figuring out that we're the ones feeding their cash registers.

Smile Dealer Atta Girl, Barbs HD in NJ !!

JD553
Thats great news when we find a dealer that went above and beyond, like you guys said it seems most dealers are smart enough to see in this tight economy they need to go the extra mile, as do we the riders by visiting and spending at the dealers that go out of their way for us.
I just got my 08 Electra Glide serviced 10K at "Barbs Harley Davidson" in Camden New Jersey and I have to give this dealer and "Atta Boy" or for Barb an "Atta Girl"!!! the Service Tech his name is "Twizzler" yeah like the candy, heard a noise in my front wheel that he didnt like and low and behold it was a bad wheel bearing!! They replaced it under warranty. Now although I have bought a couple of bikes from Jay Jaconetti at "Barb's", and use this dealer for service, but this bike I didnt buy there, that was a mistake!! Hey live and learn! You know where Im buying my next new bike! "I buy and tell"!!!, and I live over 50 miles fronm this dealer!!! what does that tell ya? LOL
Ride Safe, Bill

Glad to hear about the good things that happen at dealers. Seems like everyone, including myself, have been complaining about their tactics.

That's great to hear a positve dealer story.
Sometimes I hate my guys and sometimes they surprise me. Mostly they surprise me (on a good note).

I would be remiss if I didn't call out my dealer here. All American Harley in Hughesville MD, has done nothing but good! I've never bought a bike from them, but Randy in Parts and Kilroy in Service are the best bunch of guys you could ask for. I believe that the Parts and Service guys are the backbone of a dealership.
