Iam 39 bought my first Harley two months ago best thing I have ever done. I think you should move back home and buy the hog women like outlaws better than a homeowner.

Get a rich mistress and by both!
(if not, then get the house, but don't hold your breath on the new bike, houses come with lot's of expenses!)

Wink

If you have good credit and are serious about a house, find a hungry Realtor in your area and talk him/her into selling you a house with a free new Harley! Roll it all into one at 5%! That's how a lot of the big boys-n-girls do it. I've seen brand new 75 thousand dollar BMW's and Mercedes rolled into the note on 500 thousand dollar yachts.

Being only 23, If you can afford to buy the house, Do it. Keep the sporty and wait a while then get what you want. Like the others said, Be sure it has a big garage for the future toys..

Dude, this is a no brainer question. Buy the house and make sure it has a nice garage. Bikes can always come later. Sell the 883 and buy an old used bike that fits you, work on it in your new garage. You see how this works?

OK....Let us know how you enjoy the new house.
