Unless you are going to buy a house in South or Central America it is not what it use to be here.
I am guessing that no one here has kept up with the state of real estate here these days.
You can buy a house if you have a great credit rating and then wait 20 years for it to appreciate.
All that went out the window back in 07. Speculation drove the price up so much that so many people are paying for a house that is not worth what they paid for it and no way to make that right. I mean it may even out in 20 years but no time soon.
go down south where there cannot be any people any more they are all here.
Had a guy at work want a raise the other day because he is building a house in Guatamala and said it is too expensive to pay for his house here and build his mansion there.
Buy a pice of property down there and put a dons john on it and charge $10.00 a pop for use. Take that money save it and build your mansion.
