Make sure you take into account all the added costs of home buying versus renting to ensure you won't be putting yourself in a tough position.

If it was a King you were thinking about it would be a no brainer. The house doesnt have a hope of getting priority.

But when you say SG vs house, well, I'd go the house.

If you don't need the house. Why get it? Get the bike. If you do need it than get it and wait on the bike. What do you need?

Just thinking outloud
Along with considering buying a house be sure you're prepare for all of the incidence expenses. Such as taxes, insurance, roof repairs, painting, city ordnances, utilities etc . The average home owner should be paying about 33% of their income but in some cases, their paying closer to 50%. Some first time buys don't consider all of the potential pit-falls in buying a house. Be extra care what kind of mortgage agreement you get.

Generally speaking, buy the house. However, you should check into some of the advice given here on whether or not buying is for you right now.

HOWEVER, (notice this is a BIG however) never finance toys! Buy whatever you can afford to pay cash for, or do without. ALSO, never use home equity to buy things that depreciate!! This is why so many are in foreclosure now.

my priorities would be a house 1st and toys later, you never go wrong with real estate.
