PCV with Auto Tune
#13
The object is to set the desired ratios and then ride. After some time, you can start adjusting the variance down so the auto tune has a limit as to how much it can adjust. This will prevent the unit from trying to compensate if a O2 sensor goes bad.

I just installed the pcv today and will do the at on Friday. I wanted to ride the bike a couple of days without the at so i would know it is working properly and know the difference between the 2.
Like iclick said if you are not a perfectionist you will not need the at.
I went from the fuelpak to the pcv because I added cams and they could not get a map that was close enough to make me happy.
Here is the run down.
I added the SE compensator Tuesday, I have been getting 39-41 mph real regularly. I got 42.6 mpg.
Today I added the pcv. better throttle response, smoother riding, engine running a lot cooler, and got 46 mpg. I did it with mixed riding, 20% in town, a lot of stop and go with picking up stuff, 50% back roads and 30% interstate.
If I had knew it would be this much better I would not have got the auto tune.
