I currently have the Mustang Regal. I like it and so does my wife. I would REALLY like to try out one of the Zeps though. I should mention though that the seat seems to be wearing badly right where the seat touches the backrest bracket. I'm pretty sure I'll have a hole there in a short while because of the seat rubbing on the bracket. The hole won't show because it's between the driver and passenger portions of the seat but it will still be there and probably get bigger as time goes on.

The only way to know what seat fits you is to get it and ride on it. If you don't like it sell it online and try something else. I had a Corbin on a Fat boy and loved it, I put one on my Ultra and coundn't stand it and it is gone. No one can tell you what seat will feel good to you.

I see you are from CA = it really is a No Brainer - The Corbin Factory is in Hollister - they have what is called "Ride in Appoitment" You arrive first thing in the morning - meet with YOUR seat builder - talk about what YOU want and the build begins.. Be sure to bring the passanger along - They will build a seat to fit YOU and your passanger - seveal times through out the morning - you will sit - adjust - then ride for (as many miles as you like) come back - more work / adjust is done again, off for another ride - come back adjust as necessary - when YOU finally say "this is perfect" then the seat is covered in what ever leather you like and off you go with your seat that day - all finished... I have had three seats on three different HD done this way and I would not have it anyother way....

One suggestion, make sure you have the handle bars you want - it is super important to have the correct bars when the seat is made because it all fits together..

No other seat maker (unless you are there when the seat is made) can build a seat to fit just you..

Of course this is just my opinion..

Went back to your orig post about the seat - I see you want a seat 'This week" What ever you do, take your time - a good seat will NOT be cheap and nothing is worse that spending big $$ on a seat and be on a long ride and hate it..

Working to make a bike fit YOU takes the right handle bars in conjuction with the right seat - When it all fits together, long rides are nice - when one is fighting the other - PAIN sets in real fast and can ruin a ride. All the Monkey butt in the world wont help a lot...

Looks like you have the oppisite problem that I have - not sure where you live, but you would be a great candidate for a ride in appoitment at Corbin - No info on the tall boy...
