I know this is a Harley site, but this is a touring bike.
I was driving south on I-75 near Tampa when I saw a touring bike up the road. I had been driving from north Georgia (almost 6 hours at this point) and saw a lot of motorcycles on the way. This one seemed different though. I could tell he had a lot of gear on the bike, and that the back of the bike looked different. The closer I got, I could finally make out that it was a Gold Wing, but the back still looked strange to me. Then it hit me, he had a hitch mounted cargo carrier. Then I noticed that he had gear stuck behind him on the passenger area, and a white satellite/GPS antenna attached to the seat in front of the tour pack. As I pulled up beside him I saw two displays attached to his handle bars. Curious, I took a picture with my cell phone, as I tried to take a video of the bike he noticed that I was there, slowed down and got into the farthest lane from me, so that I could not take anymore pictures. I thought this was strange, but I did get this picture. Considering it was taken with a cell phone through the windshield of my truck I thought it came out good. Before you ask, traffic was light and the road was clear, so there was no danger to me or the guy on the bike. I’m a very good driver… (spoken with a Rain Man accent)
